Classic Finnish Sauna
Traditional Finnish saunas are dry saunas based on 85-100°C temperature, 5-15% humidity.
Russian Sauna
The Russian sauna is one of the oldest Russian traditions.
It is a very hard sauna type where the temperature is 110-130 C, the humidity is 25% and wood and natural stone are used together.
The most important feature that distinguishes Russian saunas from others is that Leaf birch or eucalyptus branches are tied together and dipped in a mixture of water and aromatherapy oils to make body pounding Sessions
Bio Sauna
Sauna is a type of soft sauna where cabin temperature is 50-60 °C and humidity is 60%. It is enriched with meditative side therapies such as Aromatherapy and light therapies.
